For Moncaro Es is the essence of Verdicchio, capable of embodying the strength, character and elegance of this great grape variety. The brandy is the result of a careful distillation of only Verdicchio grapes harvested in 2005 and left to age for over 10 years in small French oak barrels, where the Conero Riserva was previously aged. It shows an intense amber color with bright ruby-golden reflections while the nose explodes a prelude of seductive wood which amplifies the notes of vanilla, cinnamon, leather, grapes in alcohol and small red fruits. Tasting it, one is conquered by an enveloping texture which continues on the palate with a harmonious spicy persistence.
