ROSE MARCHETTI SEMI-INTEGRAL ORGANIC RICE

Round rice with medium grains, light pinkish gray in color. Very particular taste, the consistency of the rice is soft all around, crunchier in the center, excellent compromise between a white rice and a brown one for consistency and cooking time, it holds its cooking well both in risottos and in more complex recipes.
